Music Tectonics 2025 wrap up

Highlights from our trip to San Francisco and Los Angeles!

Our recent trip to California brought together Innovation Norway, Norwegian founders, investors, and creatives for an inspiring mix of learning, networking, and exploration.

We kicked things off in San Francisco with sessions on partnerships, fundraising, and scaling internationally — joined by local founders and investors from the Bay Area. The evening wrapped up with an informal networking event that sparked great conversations and new connections. We also had a guided trip to Palo Alto & Silicon Valley, led by Innovation Norway.

In Los Angeles, we took part in the Music Tectonics Conference, showcasing Norwegian startups at the Santa Monica Pier and Annenberg Community Beach House. The atmosphere was buzzing with creativity, music tech innovation, and investor interest.

The week ended with a startup bootcamp and investor matchmaking at Expert Dojo — a valuable opportunity for one-on-one meetings and real feedback from U.S. investors.

All in all, it was an energizing week filled with insights, inspiration, and new opportunities for collaboration across borders.

Of course, we also had time for attending concerts at Great American Music Hall in San Francisco and Viper Room in LA, great dining, running by the beach in Santa Monica, art museums and a lot of good team conversations.
